Only downside was , the Cafe is only open Friday to Sunday even in school holidays and the general store is very basic and super expensive. If you stay here for a week, you will need to get your supplies from somewhere else which will be a minimum 1 hour round trip as there is not much around Preston Beach so you got to be...

"Everything was great the only let down was the cleanliness. The floors/staircase needed vacuuming. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, the fridge & microwave was dirty. The sponge under the sink was dirty and the dish soap & hand soap in the kitchen were almost empty along with a almost finished toilet roll. "
